Edinson Cavani’s father admits his son is “suffering” at PSG and should join either Manchester United, Real Madrid or Juventus.
Uruguayan forward Cavani came off the bench to score PSG’s winner in the 2-1 victory over Chelsea on Tuesday night, but is understood to be unhappy at his lack of playing time as a central striker.
With Zlatan Ibrahimovic the French side’s star player, Cavani, who has regularly been linked with a move to the Premier League, is usually deployed out wide.
“Zlatan is not willing to play on the wings,” Luis Cavani told Israeli TV station Sport 5.
“So they gave up on Edinson. PSG themselves. Edinson is suffering at PSG. If they let him play as the No 9 he will be happy.
“I would like to see him play for Real Madrid, Manchester United or Juventus.”
