Chelsea and Manchester United target, Tiemoue Bakayoko, has ruled out leaving Monaco for fellow French side Paris Saint-Germain.
Bakayoko has been one of the stars of Monaco’s remarkable season under Leonardo Jardim, and that has led to plenty of speculation that the central midfielder will move on this summer.
The 22-year-old helped the French side to domestic league glory as well as a Champions League semi-final spot this season and is rumoured to have discussed a move to Arsenal back in November.
Bakayoko sparked further talk that he will change clubs this summer when he posted a social media update including the hashtag ‘#CFC’, but it was in reference to his appearance on French television station Canal Football Club.
There, he discussed his future plans, and stated that a move to rivals PSG was not under consideration.
“I can’t leave Monaco to go to PSG,” Bakayoko said. “It’s impossible, because I’ve just finished champion ahead of Paris. I can’t leave for a club that has finished behind me.
“PSG is a club I carry in my heart because I’m a Parisian and I was a supporter of PSG, like my family. They initiated me.”
