Boca Juniors have admitted that reported Chelsea target Jonathan Calleri could be sold in January.
The Argentina striker was linked last week with a move to Stamford Bridge, with some reports in Argentina claiming a deal for around £7million was almost complete.
Stoke and Inter Milan are also said to have been looking at Calleri, who has scored 21 goals this season. But Boca president Daniel Angelici says no deal has yet been agreed.
He told Radio America & Closs: “He could be sold at Christmas as there are good offers and we don’t want to stand in his way.
“But at the moment, no deal has been closed, and there is only chatter.”
