Karius, Pogba & Aguero: Trio have points to prove

Coleman’s current contract expires at the conclusion of the European Qualifiers later this year, although it would be a major surprise if he is not offered a new deal after an unbeaten qualifying campaign so far which sees Wales top of Group B and up to 10th in the FIFA world rankings.

However, Coleman insists he is relaxed about the situation and is only focused on Wales’ next game against Cyprus in Nicosia on September 3 as they continue their bid to make Euro 2016 in France next summer.

Coleman told Sky Sports News HQ: “Success for me is qualifying – that’s it. When we do that, we concentrate on France and the tournament and then after that is settled, we can talk about what the future holds.

“All I can say to be honest is that I don’t look any further than Cyprus – that’s our next game. That’s a big challenge for us and I will be concentrating on that.

“Whatever is after that in the future I will deal with, but first things first we have got to concentrate on the next game which is Cyprus.”
