Crawley v Redbridge preview

Date published: Friday 2nd December 2011 11:02

Kyle McFadzean returns to the Crawley squad for the visit of non-league minnows Redbridge.

The defender missed last weekend’s 2-1 win at Rotherham through suspension after collecting five bookings this season and will challenge Claude Davis and Pablo Mills for a spot at centre-half.

Striker John Akinde missed the trip to Don Valley with an illness but he has recovered and should be available.

Loanees Jon-Paul Pittman, Andy Drury and Michael Doughty all have permission to play in the competition.

Boss Steve Evans has no new injuries to contend with and could opt to rest some key players and give the likes of Akinde, Pittman, Doughty, Scott Neilson and Hope Akpan run-outs from the start.
