Crouch and Phillips among WBA targets

Callum McManaman, along with Darren Fletcher, was one of only two players Tony Pulis was able to add to Albion’s squad after taking over at The Hawthorns at the start of January, but Kemp says fans should expect more arrivals like the former Wigan winger.

He said of McManaman in the Birmingham Mail: “You can see how talented he is in the last few sub appearances when he has come on.

“The fans are excited and we are excited by him. We want some more players like that so that we have that threat. We haven’t had that kind of player and hopefully next season we will.”

Albion are interested in Stoke striker Peter Crouch and have a list of winger targets that includes former Wolves star Bakary Sako, Nottingham Forest’s Michail Antonio and QPR’s Matt Phillips, according to the newspaper.
