Robert Elstone and Alexander Ryazantsev have been appointed to Everton’s board of directors.
The news follows the substantial investment in the club made by Iranian billionaire Farhad Moshiri.
Moshiri completed his purchase of 49.9 per cent of shares in the club last week after a lengthy search for a new investor by chairman Bill Kenwright.
Elstone has been at Everton for more than a decade, joining as deputy chief executive in 2005 and becoming chief executive four years later.
Ryazantsev has worked with Moshiri in a number of previous roles and has a background in corporate finance.
