Nottingham Forest will check on the fitness of defender Danny Fox ahead of their Sky Bet Championship home clash with Ipswich.

The defender missed the 2-0 loss at QPR last weekend having sustained an injury in the pre-match warm-up.

Along with Fox, it also remains to be seen whether Zach Clough and Jack Hobbs are fit enough to be back involved.

Forest will be battling to retain their Championship status as they sit just a place above the drop zone, level on points with Blackburn.

Tom Lawrence is set to make a final Ipswich appearance as his loan spell from Leicester comes to an end.

Midfielder Toumani Diagouraga has returned to parent club Leeds after his season was ended early by a groin problem.

Teenager Andre Dozzell could be given a chance to impress after the 18-year-old midfielder penned a contract extension.

Jonny Williams, on loan from Crystal Palace, is out with a hamstring problem. Danish defender Jonas Knudsen (shoulder) and centre-half Steven Taylor (hamstring) also continue their recovery, along with Adam Webster and midfielder Luke Hyam (both ankle).
