Harry Kane looks set to give Tottenham’s Premier League title bid a timely boost by returning to action against Bournemouth on April 15.
The England frontman had been expected to be out until the end of the month, after suffering ankle ligament damage against Millwall in the FA Cup.
Kane, however, is making a rapid recovery, according to a report in The Sun, and Tottenham’s 24-goal top scorer could face the Cherries a week on Saturday.
The news comes just at the right time for Spurs chief Mauricio Pochettino, who looks set to be able to call on his talismanic striker for the FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea followed by the visit of Arsenal a week later.
Kane had been in prime form prior to the injury, scoring 14 goals in 13 games, and Spurs will be hoping he can pick up right where he left off.
