Ipswich Town have strengthened their midfield ahead of the new Championship season with the loan signing of Everton’s Conor Grant.
The 21-year-old spent part of last season with Doncaster Rovers, and will step up his progression with a full campaign in the second-tier season.

Grant could make his debut this weekend in the Tractor Boys’ curtain-raiser against Barnsley and is eager to get started.
Grant told Ipswich’s official website: “It’s been in the pipeline for a while now. I was just waiting on a few things to be sorted out and it got finalised in the week, so I’m really happy to be here.
“We had a good training session on Thursday and I’ve been welcomed very well by the lads. We’ve trained well and I’m just looking forward to getting going now.”
