Kylian Mbappe has told Monaco he wants to leave the Ligue 1 champions, according to a report in France.
The 18-year-old striker has been chased by Real Madrid, Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Man City, Liverpool and Arsenal all summer and now he has decided to move on.
French publication Paris United report that Mbappe has told Monaco officials he wants to move on and PSG are his preferred destination of choice.
Monaco are unlikely to sanction a move to their domestic rivals though and their £199million move for Neymar may well end any interest they had in the France international striker.
Brazilian star Neymar has been allowed to leave Barca training to sort out his transfer to PSG and the move is likely to spark a transfer merry-go-round.
Last week Marca reported Real Madrid had an agreement ‘in principle’ for the transfer of Mbappe.
They claimed that Los Blancos had agreed to pay €160m plus another €20m in bonuses for the striker with Mbappe set to sign a six-year deal at the Bernabeu, where he would earn nearly £200k-a-week after tax.
Nothing has developed since though, however the latest report suggests Mbappe may finally be on the move.
Could the door open for Arsenal or Liverpool or will Barca make a move for Mbappe to replace Neymar?
