Liverpool were linked with a move for Talisca in the summer. The Sun claimed the Reds and Wolves were lining up a move for the 22-year-old Brazilian attacking midfielder.

The player’s agent Jorge Mendes was trying to broker a deal for his client to move to England but it’s understood work permit problems made the move complicated and instead Talisca moved to Turkey on a two-year loan.

The former Bahia star scored nine goals for his parent club last season and is a set piece expert.
