Liverpool youngster Cameron Brannagan is poised to join Wigan Athletic on a season-long loan sources have told TEAMtalk.
Wigan have been chasing midfielder Brannagan all summer and they have reached a deal with Liverpool to take him on loan for the season.
Liverpool are willing to loan out Brannagan so that he can continue his development by playing regular first-team football in the Championship this season.
Talented midfielder Brannagan is highly-regarded at Liverpool after coming through the youth ranks at Anfield and he broke into the first-team last season making nine appearances.
Brannagan has slipped down the pecking order at Liverpool this season following the summer arrivals of Georginio Wijnaldum and Marko Grujic and Jurgen Klopp is happy to see him go out on loan as long as he is playing regularly.
