Man Utd boss Jose Mourinho makes Porto striker enquiry

Manchester United have made an enquiry about the availability of Moussa Marega, according to a French outlet.

The Porto striker has hit 13 goals in 23 appearances for Porto so far this season and Tottenham and Chelsea are also believed to be interested in the 26-year-old Mali international.

Foot Mercato reports that United have been in touch with Porto to ask about the player, with Mourinho apparently keen to strengthen his forward line.

Romelu Lukaku has been struggling for form, while neither Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford are yet to find their feet this season and Zlatan Ibrahimovic is out for a month after picking up a knock against Burnley.

Marega cost £3.4million when he signed for Porto from Maritimo in January 2016 and he is under contract until June 2020.
