Gareth Bale does not want to sign for Paris Saint-Germain and would only consider a move to Manchester United according to a report.
Bale’s long-time agent Jonathan Barnett has met with officials at the Bernabeu and according to Dario Gol, he has made it clear to Florentino Perez that Bale will only consider a move to Old Trafford.
United have been linked with Bale this summer with the same Spanish source suggesting Bale had agreed a move to United in May, while only days ago they reported Madrid had priced Bale up at £88million for any potential suitors.
Bale is by no means looking to leave the Champions League winners, but he lost his place in the Madrid side at the end of last year and it is understood Bale would be the one to make way if Kylian Mbappe arrived from Monaco for £100million-plus.
Real boss Zinedine Zidane is desperate to keep Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo despite the Portuguese star’s anger at being investigated for tax evasion.
And so it’s believed Bale could well be the fall guy and with not too many suitors around for the Wales star, PSG are thought to be a tangible option as they look to make at least one marquee signing this summer.
But Bale has made it clear to Barnett that a move to the French capital is non-negotiable and only a return to the Premier League and United interests him.
