Mikel holds Fenerbahce talks – Report
Mikel has been at Stamford Bridge since 2006 but found opportunities limited under Jose Mourinho last season as he made only six starts in the Premier League.
The 28-year-old could now be set for a summer switch to Turkey with Ersin Duzen, a presenter of Turkish football programme Futbol Gunlugu, claiming the Nigeria international has held talks with Fenerbahce sporting director Giuliano Terrane in London over a possible move.
Fenerbahce have already signed Nani from Manchester United this summer and are also poised to announce the capture of Robin van Persie on a four-year contract.
