Monaco are eyeing a January move for Everton forward Kevin Mirallas, according to reports in the Liverpool Echo.
The winger has become frustrated over his lack of appearances at Goodison Park this season and will consider leaving the club during the January transfer window.
The player has previously been linked to both West Ham and Tottenham, though a move has failed to materialise.
Mirallas is concerned that being on the sidelines at Everton will impact on his chances of being selected for Belgium’s Euro 2016 squad – and the player admitted in November that he was seriously considering his future at Goodison Park.
The Liverpool Echo now claim Monaco are emerging as a serious contender for the former Olympiakos forward, who has started just two league games this season. The Belgian was an unused substitute in Sunday’s draw with Spurs – with Aaron Lennon preferred ahead of him with Roberto Martinez opting to rest Gerard Deulofeu.
It is understood that Blues boss Martinez does not want to lose Mirallas during the transfer window and has held talks with the unsettled player.
