Liverpool winger Ryan Kent has joined Bristol City on loan.
The Times footballer reporter Paul Joyce says the youngster has joined the Championship promotion-hopefuls on loan until the end of the season.
Kent, 21, returned to Anfield over Chrsitmas after his loan spell at Freiburg was cancelled.
He made just one start in six Bundesliga appearances but, after his spell in Germany was terminated.
The young winger was due to spend the season on loan in Germany having signed for the Bundesliga club in August.
But with first-team opportunities proving hard to come by, both clubs decided to terminate the deal and he is heading for Ashton Gate.
Kent played 47 times on loan with Barnsley last season and won their young player of the year award.
