Ulloa scored 14 goals in his debut Premier League campaign for Leicester, helping Nigel Pearson’s side avoid the drop, and his exploits has attracted the attention of both Palace manager Nigel Pearson and West Brom boss Tony Pulis, according to the Croydon Advertiser.

Palace previously attempted to sign the 28-year-old from Brighton in 2013 following their promotion to the Premier League.

“We made a bid on him in the season before when Ian Holloway was in charge,” the club’s co-owner Steve Parish said last September.

“I didn’t think Ulloa could do it at this level, I have to be honest. We didn’t think he could maybe step up like he has done.”
