Chelsea starlet Dominic Solanke is ready to join Liverpool in a surprise summer switch, while Everton and Leicester are both keen on signing a Brazilian, according to Friday’s newspapers.
JUVE, PSG IS BATTLE FOR WANTAWAY SANCHEZ
Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez plans to quit the club after a row with his team-mates following Wednesday’s humbling 5-1 Champions League defeat by Bayern Munich.
The fuming frontman let rip at his team-mates after they completely collapsed in the second half on the last 16, first-leg tie, according to The Sun.
Angry Gunners assistant boss Steve Bould reportedly hurled a water bottle against a wall as players blamed each other for their shambolic defeat.
Meanwhile, the Daily Mirror claims that Juventus and PSG are ready to do battle for the signature of Sanchez this summer.
Arsenal fear that their star forward has already made up his mind to leave following a lengthy contract stand-off and Wednesday night’s mauling has heightened the speculation.
EVERTON, LEICESTER KEEN ON WALACE
Premier League duo Everton and Leicester are eyeing up a summer move for Hamburg midfielder Walace.
Hamburg only signed the 21-year-old defensive anchorman for a fee of around £8million from Gremio in the January window but are now bracing themselves for summer offers, according to the Daily Mirror.
Current champions Leicester were one of the clubs Hamburg initially beat to the signing of the Brazil international, who won Olympic gold with his country in Rio last summer, while Lazio were also said to be keen.
Walace, who marked his Hamburg league debut with a goal against high-flying RB Leipzig last week, has now also emerged as a target for Ronaldo Koeman’s Everton, with the Toffees chief looking to revamp his midfield ahead of next season.
