Cristiano Ronaldo: Huge importance place on final

Cristiano Ronaldo apparently has ‘no intention’ of rejoining Manchester United, while Chelsea and West Ham are said to be tracking Genoa midfielder Riccardo Mandragora.

RONALDO HAS ‘NO INTENTION’ OF REJOINING MAN UTD

Cristiano Ronaldo will join Paris Saint-Germain rather than Manchester United if he quits Real Madrid next summer, according to The Sun.

The tabloid claims to have been told by ‘top PSG sources’ that Ronaldo has given them his word that they are the only club he will leave the Bernabeu for. He has ‘no intention’ of rejoining United, it is claimed.

The 30-year-old would apparently prefer to stay at Real but is ‘certain to quit’ if Rafael Benitez carries on as manager – or if Jose Mourinho makes an unlikely return to the club.

The Sun quotes the source as saying: “Cristiano has told those closest to him that he wants to stay at Real.

“But if for one reason or another he leaves then he will only go to PSG. The decision has been taken and he was in no mood to entertain any other clubs.

“He wants to live in France, he likes Laurent Blanc, he has a great relationship with Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the club president and he knows life in Paris will simply be sensational for him.”
