Liverpool could rival Chelsea for Roma defender Antonio Rudiger, while Leicester City want Pescara striker Gianluca Lapadula to help out Jamie Vardy.
LIVERPOOL TO RIVAL CHELSEA FOR RUDIGER
Liverpool are ready to rival Chelsea for the signing of Roma defender Antonio Rudiger, according to Italian website Calciomercato.
Rudiger is one of several Roma stars to have been linked with Chelsea since the announcement that Antonio Conte is to take charge, but Liverpool are apparently ready to make an initial offer of around £15million for the 23-year-old
Rudiger is actually only on loan at Roma from Stuttgart, but the Italian club have the option to make the deal permanent for a fixed price of €9million (£7.1m), giving them the option to make a quick profit on the Germany international should they wish.
