Everton and West Ham scored big over Christmas and both made moves up our Power Rankings, while Manchester United dropped a place.
Our top seven Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal, Man City, Everton and Man Utd all won to stretch away from the teams in mid-table.
West Ham surged from 18th to joint 12th with their away win at Swansea.
In Power Rankings, we award points from 0.5 to 7, decided by an algorithm based on bookmaker odds and winning margins.
It rewards teams scoring lots of goals and also those defying expectations but sees odds-on favourites penalised for sneaking past inferior opponents by the odd goal.
