West Ham, Southampton, Swansea and Stoke are all reportedly keen on a move for £20m-rated Leeds striker Chris Wood this summer.
The New Zealand international striker finished as the Championship’s top scorer with 27 goals, but despite his best efforts Leeds failed to make the play-offs after a late-season slump.
The Elland Road outfit now face a huge battle to keep their talisman, with four Premier League sides all said to be keen on the 25-year-old, who was also linked with a switch to the cash-rich Chinese Super League in January.
It is thought that Leeds would allow Wood to leave if they receive an offer of around £15m, but if a bidding war starts then they could get closer to £20m, according to the report in The Sun.
The Championship giants, who are desperate for a return to the Premier League after a 13-year absence, are currently looking to get their house in order off the field, with co-owner Andrea Radrizzani confirming he will complete a 100 per cent buy-out of club imminently.
