Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Javier Pastore wants to stay with the Ligue 1 champions and continue to “win titles” in France.
It was reported by Transfermarketweb that the 27-year-old could be on his way to Chelsea with Antonio Conte prepared to make a bid for the Argentine.
However, Pastore – who has won Ligue 1 in his last four seasons at PSG – has revealed that he wants to remain at the club and continue to “achieve more trophies”.
“The most important thing for a team is to win titles,” said Pastore.
“I feel good in Paris and I still want to win with this team.
“The club’s philosophy is to achieve more trophies and that’s my goal as well.”
Pastore hasn’t featured as much this season under Unai Emery with just seven starts in the league all season, but he has appeared over 210 times since 2011.
