Paris Saint-Germain have made Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante their number one transfer target next summer, according to reports.
The France international won back-to-back Premier League titles with Leicester City in 2015-16 and with the Blues in 2016-17, picking up PFA Players’ Player of the Year and Premier League Player of the Season last campaign.
His rise to prominence hasn’t gone unnoticed in the French capital and he’s carried on his strong form this season, playing 25 matches in all competitions.
Le10sport claims that PSG are planning a bid for Kante after missing out on Monaco midfielder Fabinho in the summer.
Thiago Motta is their main defensive midfielder and the French side are keen to give the Italy international some support with Kante reportedly seen as his successor.
The report continues by saying that PSG will also concentrate their summer spending on a left-back as well as possible replacements for Angel di Maria and Lucas if the pair leave the club.
