Mexico winger Hirving Lozano – a reported target for both Manchester United and Manchester City – has agreed a move to Holland with PSV Eindhoven.
United were linked with the Pachuca star last summer, and the player’s father in law even stated that the move to Old Trafford was “done”.
But while that move never materialised, recent reports have suggested City were keen on a deal for a player who was also interesting Benfica.
But it has now emerged that PSV have won the race for his signature, striking a deal with Pachuca that will see the player join the Eredivisie giants on a six-year deal.

Lozano, who scored 10 goals and made five assists in 20 appearances, this season, will meet his new teammates later this summer, once Mexico’s participation in the Confederations Cup has ended.
