Out-of-favour Celtic midfielder Scott Allan has joined Championship side Rotherham on a season-long loan deal.
Allan has struggled to establish himself in the Celtic side since his arrival from Hibernian last summer.
The attacking midfielder made just three starts last season under Ronny Deila and it was hoped he might figure more under new manager Brendan Rodgers this season.
However, Rodgers has now sanctioned a loan move for Allan as he does not figure in his first-team plans for the upcoming campaign.
Rotherham boss Alan Stubbs is a big fan of Allan having worked with him during his time in charge of Hibernian and he has moved quickly to lure the player to the New York Stadium.
