Lucas Moura: Forward has been linked with Liverpool and Arsenal

Liverpool have made contact with PSG winger Lucas Moura, Chelsea are eyeing Antonio Conte as their next manager, while Manchester United could make a world-record move for Neymar, according to Tuesday’s rumours.

Arsenal
