The 20-year-old, who had a spell at French Ligue 1 side FC Metz, played in four development matches at the end of the season during a trial with the club.
Manager Graham Alexander told the club’s official website: “He had already been on trial at a couple of other clubs at a higher level.
“He is a young striker who is a bit unknown, but he is very powerful, very quick and direct who wants to get involved with people and cause defences problems.
“We liked what we saw and we offered him a contract towards the end of the season, and we got him signed up.
“He’s gone back to France for the summer, but he is someone with a lot of potential and we are happy he will be joining the club.”
Fleetwood signed Declan McManus from Aberdeen last week and fellow striker Jamille Matt, who missed the whole of the season due to a leg injury, penned a one-year contract earlier this week.
