After taking on Steve Cotterill’s side, Wednesday travel to last season’s play-off losers Ipswich Town, and they also have an early Yorkshire derby at Leeds United to look forward to on August 22.

The Owls host Birmingham on Boxing Day and travel to Middlesbrough two days later, with a trip to London to take on Fulham their first fixture of the New Year.

Leeds come to Hillsborough on January 16 and Sheffield Wednesday’s season ends with a trip to Wolves on May 7.
