Tottenham are set to go back in for an AC Milan star with a January bid, according to reports in Italy.

Reports claimed that Spurs made a €23million offer to sign former Liverpool flop Suso in the summer, but AC Milan refused to sell their key winger.

Now, according to an exclusive from Calciomercato.com, there is a chance that the Rossoneri leadership may be more willing to sell.

The Spaniard has struggled for consistency so far this season, as have Milan, and he does not appear to fit into a formation with three at the back. With the Serie A giants reportedly targeting Antonio Conte for next season, he may be sacrificed.

Suso recently signed a new deal with Milan which is believed to have a €50million release clause included in his new deal.

Recently, reports have suggested that the club are in trouble with UEFA’s Financial Fair Play regulations, and thus may be forced to sell some of their key players.
