Ruben Loftus-Cheek is set to face a scramble for his signature next season, with Chelsea almost certain to send the highly-rated midfielder out on loan.
The 21-year-old has already attracted Premier League interest, with Stoke rumoured to have looked at him in January, while promotion hopefuls Newcastle and Brighton are also said to be keen.
The England Under-21 star is understood to be on more than £50,000-a-week, despite not being a regular in Antonio Conte’s squad, but a loan is more likely than a permanent exit, according to the Daily Mail.
Conte is said to be a fan of Loftus-Cheek but with no extra games in Europe this season, the Blues boss has been unable to give the youngster as much game time as he wanted.
Loftus-Cheek did feature in the Premier League clash against Stoke before the international break, albeit as a very late substitute, but he could get more chances to put himself in the shop window after showing his class when scoring twice for England Under-21s against their Danish counterparts on Monday.
