Twist in Deulofeu saga as Everton deny AC Milan loan
Everton officials are believed to be ‘furious’ as AC Milan have prematurely announced the loan signing of winger Gerard Deulofeu.
The former Barcelona man has made just 13 appearances under Ronald Koeman this term, with the Everton manager admitting on Thursday he was open to letting the Spain international leave Goodison Park on a temporary basis.
The Rossoneri had announced the signing of Deulofeu on Twitter, with the deal set to last until the end of June – but the Serie A club appear to have jumped the gun.

However, Everton are still insisting negotiations are yet to be complete and no announcement should have been made at this stage.
