Ben Foster: West Brom keeper has been out since March with knee injury

West Brom could welcome Ben Foster back when they host Bristol City in the FA Cup third round at The Hawthorns on Saturday.

The England goalkeeper has not featured for 10 months but he has recently made his return to action after fully recovering from a serious knee problem.

The goalkeeper played 45 minutes in a 4-3 win over Kidderminster under-21s this week and may start against Bristol City for the first time since last March following a cruciate knee ligament injury.

Salomon Rondon and James McClean are available for the FA Cup tie after suspension and Saido Berahino will be included in the squad, despite the on-going uncertainty over his future, but Jonas Olsson remains a doubt with a hamstring injury with Victor Anichebe is definitely sidelined with his own hamstring issue.

Bristol City manager Steve Cotterill has several players injured and will wait on them before finalising his side for the third round tie.

Centre-backs Nathan Baker and Derrick Williams may not be risked while winger Luke Freeman is also doubtful.
