Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane claims he is not the world’s best coach despite earning a second Champions League trophy in two years.
Zidane led Real to the La Liga title and capped the season in grand style as Los Blancos beat Juventus 4-1 at Wembley in the Champions League final.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s opener was cancelled out by Mario Mandzukic, but goals from Casemiro, Ronaldo again and Marco Asensio sealed a 12th European Cup.
“It’s been a great season, congratulations to all the players and this great club,” he told Antena 3 after Saturday’s 4-1 victory over Juventus in the Final.
“With the players we have and by working hard, we can achieve these things. We know this.
“I’m happy. You may not see it, but inside I feel a great satisfaction.
“Best Coach in the world? No, no, not that.
“Will I stay? It’s clear, yes, but now we’re going to enjoy this.”
