Team news for Saturday's League One clash between Oldham and Carlisle at Boundary Park.

Carlisle manager Greg Abbott faces a defensive selection dilemma for his side's must-win last-day clash.

Abbott has no new injury or suspension worries as his side look to leapfrog Notts County and Stevenage into the final play-off spot.

But the Cumbrians boss must decide whether to recall Irishman Peter Murphy to central defence or stick with Lubo Michalik alongside Danny Livesey, with a fit-again Matty Robson at left-back.

Robson had been out since January with a back injury before returning to the substitutes' bench in the recent defeat at Sheffield Wednesday, and then the starting line-up in last week's win against Exeter, and the winger-turned-defender is expected to retain his place as Abbott looks to keep an attack-minded side for a game they have to win.

Striker Paddy Madden is pushing to replace Jordan Cook, on-loan from Sunderland, while teenager Mark Beck gives Abbott an alternative option.

Left-back Chris Chantler (hamstring) and striker Lee Miller (groin) remain sidelined.

Manager Paul Dickov will send out an Oldham side with an eye on next season.

Kirk Millar and Keanu Marsh-Brown were restored to the starting XI for last weekend's goalless draw with Bury and are expected to be retained.

Top scorer Shefki Kuqi was absent from the matchday squad against the Shakers and, with his contract up in the summer, there will be much intrigue over whether the veteran Finn is named to face Greg Abbott's side.

Kieran Lee may play his last game for Latics, although a new contract remains on the table for the highly-rated full-back.

Fellow defenders Zander Diamond and Paul Black will definitely not feature having been released from their contracts this week.

Dickov will be happy to draw a line under a trying campaign, with Oldham heading into their season finale on a run of eight games without victory, drawing their last three.
