Striker Robbie Simpson has signed a new one-year deal at Oldham after impressing with the League One club last season.
Simpson has agreed to remain at Boundary Park for the 2012/13 campaign after finishing last season with the Latics.
The 27-year-old spent most of last season on loan with Paul Dickov's side. He was initially signed on loan from Huddersfield and that became a permanent deal in January following his release by the Terriers.
Simpson scored nine goals in 36 appearances for Oldham last season.
