Oxford will begin the 2012/13 League Two campaign with a trip to Bristol Rovers on August 18.
The U's then have back-to-back home matches against Southend (August 21) and Plymouth (August 25).
Chris Wilder's side will host newly-promoted Fleetwood on December 22 and travel to last season's Conference champions just a month later on January 26.
The derby game at home to Northampton is on November 24 with the Us due to visit Sixfields on March 23.
Oxford are scheduled to close the season with a trip to Accrington on April 27.
