Veteran striker Steve Fletcher has left Plymouth after being recalled by parent club Bournemouth.
The 39-year-old joined Argyle in March to link up with his former team-mate, Home Park boss Carl Fletcher.
Fletcher was supposed to stay until the end of the season but with Plymouth now safe from relegation, he has gone back to Dean Court and could play in Bournemouth's final game at home to Preston.
He made six appearances for the Pilgrims, including the full 90 minutes of Saturday's 2-2 draw at Morecambe.
