Portsmouth have handed George Colson, Elliot Wheeler and Dan Butler their first professional contracts.
The three teenagers, all from the Isle of Wight, have put pen to paper on one-year deals after coming through the club's youth ranks.
Colson, 18, is an attacking central midfielder who has been at Fratton Park since he was nine.
Wheeler, 18, is a right-sided defender or midfielder who has been with the club since 2005.
Left-back Butler, 17, joined Pompey in 2004.
All three will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of teenagers like Ashley Harris and Adam Webster, who both broke into the first team last season.
Meanwhile, Sky Sports understands Portsmouth are interested in making Crystal Palace scout, Luke Dowling, their Head of Recruitment.
Dowling has had previous interest from Derby County and Blackburn, as well as clubs abroad, but Portsmouth manager Michael Appleton has targeted Dowling as the man he wants to work with.
