Nicolas Anelka is available for West Brom again after missing their last two games due to personal reasons.
The Frenchman threatened to quit the game after the death of his agent, but was talked out of it by manager Steve Clarke.
Ben Foster (ankle) and Zoltan Gera (knee) are the only long-term injury worries for Clarke, but George Thorne (knee) and Matej Vydra (hamstring) are also unavailable for Sunday.
Steven Reid (knock) will also miss out, but Billy Jones and Claudio Yacob (both knocks) may be back after both played against Newport on Tuesday night.
Jonjo Shelvey, Ashley Williams and Wilfried Bony look set to return for Swansea after missing Thursday's loss to Petrolul Ploiesti.
The trio were carrying minor knocks, and were not risked by manager Michael Laudrup as Swansea were all-but through after a 5-1 win in the first leg last week.
Nathan Dyer (hamstring) and Neil Taylor (thigh) will play no part in Sunday's match, with both players out for at least another two weeks.
