Fletcher, a recent loan arrival from Bournemouth, has yet to make his Pilgrims debut because of a niggling thigh injury, but the veteran striker is ready to play his part in Argyle's survival bid.
And, from personal experience, he knows what it takes to avoid the drop into the Blue Square Bet Premier.
"I have been in this position before with Bournemouth battling to stay in the league, and we survived in the second last game of the season," he told Plymouth's official website.
"I will give everything I can. That's all I can do. I already have a lot of affection for the club. That's just from meeting the boys and the fans at the weekend.
"You can sense just what the club means to them and I want to help."
