Albion have been without Lucas for seven matches after the 19-year-old suffered a hamstring injury on his debut against Oxford on January 29.
But he is now back in training ahead of the visit of Torquay on Saturday.
Manager Paul Peschisolido told the Burton Mail: "Lee was part of the team that put on probably our best performance this year.
"We will monitor his sharpness in training, but I imagine Swansea wouldn't have sent him back to us if they didn't think he was ready to start playing again."
