Defender McFadzean's impressive performances this season have seen him linked with a host of clubs, with Championship club Peterborough failing in a bid to sign him in January.
But Town are challenging for back-to-back promotions and McFadzean could be tempted to stay if they make it to League One next term.
"I just want to get promoted with Crawley and whatever happens happens," he told the Argus.
"If we make it into League One it could be a factor in me staying because there are a lot of big clubs in that division like Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United, Huddersfield, Portsmouth and Coventry."
