The defender originally signed for Stanley in February on a month-long temporary deal, but boss Paul Cook has been impressed enough to extend the deal to the season's climax.
Liddle has made four appearances so far for Accrington but has not featured in their last three games following his sending-off in the 2-2 draw with Southend.
However, with his deal now extended and suspension complete, the 22-year-old is eligible to play in Tuesday's game against Oxford.
Cook will be hoping the retention of Liddle can help to shore up a leaky Stanley defence that has seen Accrington not keep a clean sheet since January 21st.
