TEAMtalk is once again sponsoring a Football Manager 'Great Motivator' award for the season - and we want you to pick the winner.
The TEAMtalk Soccers awards ceremony won't begin until next week, but fear not because we have once again teamed up with our friends at Sports Interactive to sponsor a Football Manager award.
Celebrating the skills (or fashion) required to do one of the most difficult jobs in the world, fans can now vote for their top gaffers of the past year in categories ranging from war of the words (Yes, Mancini does appear) to most successful transfer.
This year TEAMtalk is sponsoring the Great Motivator award. The four contenders have been picked by the guys at SI but you can pick the winner. So which of the following managers has been the ultimate 12th man for their team this season?
• Paulo Di Canio (Swindon) - the animated Italian is a constant blur of arms, shouts and elaborate celebrations, pumping up the crowd and the team in the process.
• Jose Mourinho (Real Madrid) - If he isn't taking the heat off his team by making himself the centre of attention, he's describing Real as the most important club in history.
• Ally McCoist (Rangers) - During a tough time for Rangers, McCoist has kept the team fighting on the field despite matters off it causing everyone great concern.
• Diego Simone (Atlético Madrid) - Simone was a master manipulator during his playing days, but now he uses these skills on the touchline to great success.
