Shrewsbury v Rotherham preview

Team news for Saturday's League Two clash between Shrewsbury Town and Rotherham United at the Greenhous Meadow.

Shrewsbury are likely to boast a fully-fit squad for their home clash against the Millers.

Manager Graham Turner named an unchanged XI for the Easter double header, with third-placed Shrews strengthening their claims for an automatic promotion spot with victories over Macclesfield and Bradford.

Winger Jon Taylor returns to the fold this weekend having completed his three-match suspension for the red card received at Morecambe last month.

But it is unlikely he will be able to break into a Town XI which is currently firing on cylinders, with the likes of Marvin Morgan and Sean McAllister also having to bide their time on the bench.

The Millers arrive at the Greenhous Meadow, where Shrewsbury are yet to taste defeat this season, with new boss Steve Evans taking charge of his first game for the South Yorkshire club.

Meanwhile, Steve Evans begins his reign as Rotherham manager with a trip south.

Evans, who walked out on Crawley's promotion charge to sign a three-year deal with the Millers, watched from the stands on Easter Monday as his new side beat Cheltenham 1-0 to keep their faint play-off hopes alive.

The 49-year-old, who has replaced the sacked Andy Scott, will pick from the same squad for the game at the Greenhous Meadow with Mark Bradley (ankle) his only doubt.

Bradley, who has been playing right-back recently, has missed the last two games after suffering the injury in the warm-up at AFC Wimbledon and will be tested ahead of kick-off while defenders Luke Foster and Richard Naylor (both knee) remain out for the season.

The Millers are four points adrift of the top seven with four to play and a win would also help Evans' former club Crawley, who are two points behind the Shrews in fourth.

Evans said: "First and foremost we need to win for ourselves and if it also helps Crawley Town then I would be doubly delighted."
