Captain James McPake and fellow defender Tim Clancy are doubtful as SPL leaders Hibernian travel to bottom club Dundee on Saturday.
McPake missed the win over Dundee United with a back injury and Clancy has been absent with a groin problem, with manager Pat Fenlon to make a late decision over the pair.
Fenlon expects left-sided defender Ryan McGivern, who failed a fitness test ahead of Northern Ireland's midweek international with Azerbaijan, to be fit, while midfielder Gary Deegan (fractured jaw) has returned to light training.
Dundee have no fresh injury worries.
Striker Mark Stewart stepped up his training this week after a knee injury but is still some way off from a first-team return.
Dundee are still without long-term absentees such as skipper Stephen O'Donnell (hamstring), Carl Finnigan (knee), Jamie McCluskey (Achilles), Mark Kerr (knee) and Brian Easton (hamstring).
