Gary Megson believes FA Cup foes Blackpool are stronger now than they were when they got relegated from the Premier League.
Owls boss Megson knows Seasiders counterpart Ian Holloway and accepts his League One side start as underdogs for the fourth-round tie at Bloomfield Road.
Megson said: "Blackpool will obviously have a priority of getting themselves back in the Premier League. Since Olly's been there they've done remarkably well. They got themselves promoted and that's always difficult when that happens to you the first time.
"They've come down to the Championship and they've obviously lost Charlie Adam, but they've probably got a better squad because they've bought in some top-class players, so it's going to be a very difficult game."
When asked if Holloway was how he appeared whenever he gave television interviews, Megson replied: "Yes. A few people hide behind that, that Olly might be daft, but he's not stupid and he knows his football.
"He's renowned for his sense of humour and some of the things that he says, but he wouldn't be in football management just getting by on that. He's done well at Blackpool and he did well at QPR."
